Votre rôle
The SCF (Service Client Facturation) team has for main mission to support our customers regarding invoices of all their projects, products and services on different domain: Fixe lines, Data, Internet and Mobiles.

You will work in close collaboration with all the actors of the customer journey: Pre-sales, Sales and Delivery and contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by establishing a quality relationship during personalized telephone meetings by answering the various billing questions raised by the customer.

Main roles:

You will mainly support B2B customers as well as customers who have contracted single site offers (BIV, BIO, Teaming, BI Solutions)
You will update the applications in the domain and ensure the consistency of the customer's billing structure with respect to its needs and the constraints related to the offers held by the latter
You take over from the sales in resolving non-conformities between the invoice and the purchase order by being responsible for processing the request from start to finish.
You will manage billing errors, initiate adjustments, and proceed with reimbursements, if necessary
You will accompany customers in their digital transformation by offering them innovative products and services related to invoicing and available on the Business Customer Area
You ensure the treatment of complex cases, at the request of your manager.
You propose improvements on the evolution of the methods and processes of the invoicing domain

Votre profil
Competencies :

Fluent in both French and English (oral and written).
Excellent customer-oriented skills and good interpersonal skills.
Time management, organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and determined.
Friendly, dynamic, team player and ease of adaptation
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
You are rigorous, curious and you like to search, understand.
