TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is looking for a motivated Graduate IT Analyst to join our People & Services Division. This 2‑year structured graduate program offers hands‑on exposure to SAP enterprise solutions, cross‑functional business processes, and IT–business integration within a dynamic upstream environment.

Your Impact

As a Graduate IT Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital ecosystem and SAP applications across the company. You will:

Assist in SAP configuration, testing, and first‑level support across various functional modules (Plant Maintenance, Material Management, Procurement, Finance, HR, and more).
Participate in business requirements gathering workshops and help translate needs into system specifications.
Document functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and knowledge articles.
Support data migration, validation, and integration activities in enhancement and project cycles.
Troubleshoot system issues, raise tickets when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities.
Work closely with SAP Lead Analysts, senior IT professionals, and external consultants on upgrades, enhancements, and digital initiatives.
Profil du candidat
What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, or programming languages (ABAP is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Fast learner with strong adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Internship or academic project experience in IT/business systems is an advantage.
