As Security Chief Architect or Technical Urbanist, you will be responsible for ensuring the urbanization and end-to-end technical coherence of these capabilities, both for the target and for the progressive transformation towards the target.

You will guarantee the relevance of technical, tactical, and strategic choices made, not solution by solution as a technical architect would, but for the entire information system of Global Operations as a whole. This includes ensuring the proper assembly of different technical blocks, their independence over time, the ability to monitor the functioning or malfunctioning of the whole, and the quality of the assembly that cements the blocks together.

More broadly, the technical urbanist will have the permanent objective of translating the operations strategy or business needs from Product Owners, and their evolutions into technical orientations that ensure the quality of the information system, the responsiveness of implementations to needs, and cost reduction.

Your activities will be organized around three axes :

1. Contributing to the development of a technical vision and strategy for operations, formalizing and proactively disseminating it to architects and project managers.

2. Leading the architecture and urbanization activities of the operations information system.

3. Supporting projects, both technical and business, to integrate them as early as possible into the overall urbanization.

In this capacity, you will :

· Manage (construction, updating, and evolution) the technical mapping of the operations information system, from the lowest layers to those most exposed to end users.

· Specify and validate the associated urbanization requirements, recommendations, and standards.

· Propose scenarios for technical evolution and simplification, considering issues related to the evolution of the offer, changing needs, organizational constraints, etc.

· Promote architecture requirements and recommendations to technical and business departments through advisory, support, and communication actions.

· Work in close and permanent relation with the technical managers of the IS, technical and functional architects, and business departments.

Soft Skill :

Ability to understand the stakes of the company's strategy, translate them into principle technical orientations that will apply sustainably to all IT components, and establish an end-to-end technical target.
Great autonomy and proactivity, combined with significant analytical and synthesis capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective message dissemination and animation of technical or business communities.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality deliverables quickly and "to the end", respecting project milestones and deadlines, and regularly communicating on work progress.

Technical Skills :

Great ease with service platform technologies and good mastery of technical standards for all system components (network, cloud, storage, operating systems, processing, data, applications, analytics, etc.).
Expertise and operational practice of major data services (Relational, NoSQL, stream processing, etc.) and cloud.
Experience in information system security, preferably distributed, with a strong awareness of fundamental and systematic security principles.
Cybersecurity knowledge would be an advantage.

Experience Required :

Proven experience (at least 10 years) in end-to-end technical architecture and urbanization of large-scale distributed information systems, with excellent anticipation of needs.
IT Transformation Projects.
Work in real Agile organisation, from business to operational.
Work with people with different roles (IT, operations,…) and able to understand their constraints and priorities.
Leadership and communication skills, particularly in a cross-functional positioning, and you know how to lead complex negotiations.
Transversal management: as Chief Architect you will manage the community of architects and technical experts of the entity.
