Activités
The job holder supports the TotalEnergies US legal department in finding creative and technology-driven solutions to operate more efficiently. The job holder should be a motivated self-starter who is proficient in Power BI and AI, with the goal of bringing fresh new ideas on automation and reducing manual workflows through the use of technology. The job holder is encouraged to use technology to find creative and automated solutions to existing manual processes and continue to improve department efficiencies and technological implementations in the context of a large corporation. Although not exhaustive, some activities include:



Help streamline legal processes through automation, templates, and system integrations.
Support legal team operations, including document management, billing, scheduling, and coordination of workflows.
Implement and maintain legal technology tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, e-signature platforms, document automation).
Assist with data entry, reporting, and dashboard creation to track legal metrics and KPIs.
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
Profil du candidat
Experience:

Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of technology, including Power BI, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI.
Working collaboratively with members of the legal department in support of excellent legal service.
Willing and eager to learn.
Self starter.
Continues to follow trends in technology.
