HSE is a value in TotalEnergies and a main concern : safety of Group and contractors’ staff in the workplace is paramount The region is a large geographical area: the number of projects and countries are expected to increase rapidly.

Multiple projects at the same time, in different countries.

Activités
Lead, monitor and implement the company’s H3SE policies, procedures and program across the region
Develop relevant H3SE procedures and templates in local languages, based on company procedures.
Support the Country Manager and Zone Director ontechnical and operations managers in the HSE responsibilities
Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers
Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view. Make sure HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project.
Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments and Permit-to-Works for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements.
Conduct frequent and regular inspections of both construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance to HSE plan and procedures.
Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review
Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases.
Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action.
Lead investigations of incidents, and issue related HSE reports.
Ensure proper HSE training of company staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment.
Collect relevant information and report H3SE data.
In charge of ensuring HSE compliance in projects, which will result in zero fatality, and serious injuries
Profil du candidat
10 to 12 years of professional experience involving at least 5 years in a HSE and/or project management position.
Rigor, zero compromise with HSE deviation; Proven autonomy and ability to manage.
Good interpersonal skills and interaction with project teams.
