As Part of the Orange Business Strategy to Simplify and Automate our Business Model and working in SVPs, The EX Delivery Center of Excellence Manager will be a new role with full end-to-end responsibility about the EX Delivery SVP Governess and Interlocks

The mission of the EX Delivery Center of Excellence Manager will cover three main responsibilities:

1- The Project Management Practice within the Department by leading the PM Center of Excellence

2- Leading any transversal Projects / program with the PM team within GPS, GDO or across the organization

3- Orchestrate and be the POC for all the interlocks with other departments like Customer Journey, Marketing , Zones, OINIS, CTIO


votre profil

Education, Qualification:

- B.Sc. Communication, Computer or Engineering degree

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)

- PMP / PMI ACP certified or any equivalent certificate

- Safe Foundation Awarness

- Scrum Master and/Or Scrum Product Owner Certified

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years related work experience in Project management within Netowrk, Unfied Communcaiton, Collaboration solultions or IT industry;

with at least 5 years of previous management experience in a similar knowledge / services

Excellent knowledge of UC services and process

Excellent tooling & processes expertise for standard collaboration tools.

Good exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment.

Excellent Leadership and communication skills.

Good Communication, negotiations and Leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage different Escalations in a professional manner

Good understanding of Orange Business Orangnization and Strategy

The EX Delivery Center of Excellence Manager will be responsible on :

- Lead a virtual team in any transversal projects within GPS , GDO or Orange that needs to be managed within EX Delivery team.

- As part of EX SVP strategy, the EXD COE manager will work closely with the SVP BO , ZOne, Customer Journey and Project to lead and keep track on any new offers, incubation mode or transversal projects to build the operational model.

- Orchestrate the End to End the Operational Model for any new offer.

- Ensure the PM Engagement with the Zones to measure the KPIs and P&L for the ongoing projects

- Lead the PM CoE within GPD EX Delivery to upskil the best Project management Practice within the department

- Develop the internal team distributed across different countries (Maurtiaus, India, France, Egypt, Brazil,...) in order to be able to drive standardization and effective Delviery model

- Propose any upskilling needed for the PMs to be updatodate with the businesss needs ( Skills, Simplficaition, Automation, AI ,.. )

- Spread the the AI for PM knlowedge and awarness and how it can bring a value to simplify our day to day Business
