Activités
Taxation

Timely calculation, filling of returns and payments of taxes due on or before the due date. (QPDs, VAT, CGT, Income Tax (ITF12C), Transfer Pricing return (ITF12C2) and Withholding taxes).
Apply for withholding tax certificates from ZIMRA for both local and international suppliers.
Participate in ZIMRA tax audit.
Ensure the company has a validate tax clearance certificate.
Work together with Accounts/Tax & Treasury Manager and tax consultant on Transfer Pricing documentation.


Vendor Management

Perform supplier reconciliations.
Timely processing of supplier payments.
Ensure accuracy of P/L and balance sheet accounts through accruals and accounts analysis.
Ensure supplier accounts are matched and analyzed to ensure accuracy of records and database.
Proper filling of all supporting documentation whilst ensuring easy retrieval of the same by anyone when needed.


Others

Participate in the annual audit.
Participating in monthly and quarterly stock taking at respective stock count areas
Performing any other duties assigned by the hierarchy
Contexte et environnement
Zimbabwe is going through time of extraordinary socio-economic and political changes. The scarcity of hard currency is strongly affecting industry and the overall energy market and will remain a challenge for some years. This requires close monitoring supplier accounts and making payments on timely basis to avoid prejudicing suppliers.
