Purpose of the job

The engineer will be responsible for onsite operations (Delivery and support) for services provided by Orange Triple Play inside gated compounds and hotels

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for onsite operation for Triple Play services inside gated compounds and hotels.
Follow-up on all onsite planned activities to ensure fault-free operation during different activity phases.
Act as 1st-line handling for escalations related to operational issues.
Work 24x7 as 2nd line customer support according to shifts
Participate in the implementation of new services or new projects.
Job specification

Education

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience

Education (BSc. Computer/Communication Engineering)
Experience (0-1 years of Experience)
CCNA Knowledge
Skills (Very Good written & spoken English, very Good Communication, Time Management skills)
Must own a car
Skills and abilities

Very good English both spoken and written.
Very good computer skills.
