Votre rôle
Responsible for the hiring, onboarding and upskilling of the team.

Schedule team leave request, roaster, and overall staffing requirements.
Ensure operational, KPIs and customer support targets are met.
Represent the team at required meetings with other teams and entities.
Undertake any other reasonable task as requested by department management.

Fluent in English, French is a plus.
5+ years experience within IT operations.
Experience in supporting internal or external users.
Experience in leading or managing technical teams is a plus.
Technical Experience in System and Database Administration (Windows, Linux, SQL , Oracle)
Technical Experience in Cloud solutions (Cloud Native Platfrom, IAAS, CAAS) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge in DevOps tools, Big Data and Elastic solutions is a plus.

The Managed Applications Cloud Expertise "MAC Team" is providing Level 2/3 support to Orange Business internal employees globally on 150+ applications for both the International and French domain.

MAC team handle the “middle tier” role in the multi-layered Orange Business Applications support chain and is responsible for keeping the availability of applications in line with their business criticality as well as focusing on the user communication aspects. The team interact with other parties such as Development, Implementation, Change management, Crisis and Problem management, Service level management, Service Level Engineering in addition to data center operations teams.

The job purpose is to operate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the MAC team under his/her responsibility delivering consistent and quality service to Orange Business employees and Business partners while ensuring operational objectives are met.
