Working as a Project Manager
Reporting to the UK PMO Manager the Project Manager will be technically astute, a strong team player and have a background in both business and IT domains. You will have extensive experience in delivering complex IT/cyber security projects. We are looking for a dynamic, articulate and motivated Project Manager who can deliver operational excellence for our client projects and communicate with senior stakeholders in a very high performing department.

You will be an expert communicator and able to manage the project deliverables on behalf of Orange Cyberdefense, delivering those projects to scope, time, quality and cost expectations. You must possess passion and energy, be forward thinking and able to make sound commercial decisions to ensure technical success criteria and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project management of mid-size cyber security projects and managed service onboardings
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource estimates
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation
Coordinate and work with resources across multiple teams located globally and external third-party vendors
Work closely with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Implement and manage project methodology, governance and reporting as agreed with all stakeholders
Monitor project performance and take corrective actions when needed to ensure projects are delivered on time, to agreed scope, quality and budget
Manage project documentation and deliverables
Identify and resolve issues, risks, dependencies and conflicts
Accurately track, forecast and recognise project revenue milestones and billing
Responsible for enforcing PMO standards and policies across the organisation on behalf of the PMO Manager.
Willingness to contribute to PMO improvements, development and growth
Support on RFP responses and presentations on occasions
What we expect of you
Essential

Project Management Qualification – PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent
Minimum 5 years project management experience with some experience of IT/Cyber security projects
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects
Experience of working with cross functional teams and within a multi-resource environment including working with different regions/third parties
Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Highly proficient in MS Office 365, MS Project, Teams
Accurate financial management, forecasting and commercial awareness
Desirable

Cybersecurity and networking experience
Experience working with a Managed Service Provider and onboarding new customers
Formal documenting and/or technical authoring experience
AutoTask and SalesForce experience
