The team, position & mission:

As a consultant in our CX Competence center as Campaign Journey Builder at Orange Business Digital Services, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. Our focus is on transitioning businesses from product-centric to customer-centric digital experiences, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and technologies.

You will deliver full-stack Adobe solutions with data and analytics at its core. Our customer data platform solutions collect customer information in real-time, creating a seamless profile that fuels personalized, targeted, and frictionless experiences across all channels. Journey analytics provides valuable insights into the performance of customer journeys, allowing for optimization for both customers and employees. Our customer engagement layer helps to turn this customer data into action. With our integrated omnichannel solution stack, our customers can improve their time-to-market, reduce their cost to serve, and increase customer loyalty and acquisition.

Your key areas of responsibility as Campaign Journey Builder:

Taking end to end responsibility of journey building setup
Having a challenger mindset to constantly improve the impacting journey KPI’s
Data analyst mindset for both segmentation and analytical insights.
Testing and monitoring campaigns inside Adobe Campaign to create a seamless customer journey experience for the end user.
Developing campaigns, setting up the content in Adobe Experience Manager and automating every phase of the customer journey.
Working together with a multidisciplinary team and assists in identifying and analyzing areas of improvement.
Be a key part of a team within one of our customers at the forefront of customer experience innovation


As an ideal candidate you have: (this should focus on requirements/experience):

1 to 3 years of experience in a digital marketing context.
At least 1 year of experience with one of these marketing digital tool like: Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Customer Insights (Journeys), Selligent, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Active Campaign, Marketo, Braze
Fluency in Dutch & English, French would be a considered as a plus.
Eagerness to learn new technologies that are data related
A strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
Experience in consulting / implementation projects is a major asset
Affinity in financial sector is a plus
