Job Description:
Digital Solutions & VAS product manager
Responsible for:
Develop and execute marketing plans of B2B digital solutions & Value Added Services to achieve commercial KPIs of Account base, Revenues, and Market share growth
Duties and responsibilities
Scope; Product Management, VAS & Digital Solutions
Contribute in setting the business plan
Define the required brand positioning
Manage the "go-to-market" process
Own overall customer experience
Product Design & Proposition Management
Own B2B VAS and attend to all aspects of the cycle from inception to maintenance to development
Design and implement well defined product catalogues, acquisition offers and processes to ensure consistent growth and thereby best ROI
Overview the end to end activities, offers and promotions aimed at increasing B2B revenues and account base
Do Analysis, ideas generation, BC building, project management, launch, follow ups and post launch ownership to achieve the plan
Liaise with Orange group for product innovation and enhancement.
Own and Drive the GTM for Business Development to the best execution
Review all customer touch points and customer journey to ensure best customer experience, and directs all relevant enhancement required across B2B VAS portfolio
Market dynamics & Competition Awareness
Full awareness of market dynamics of competition tactical and strategic moves taking needed remedial actions
Ensure market leadership within the enterprise market and that Orange Egypt is the operator of choice for both existing and prospects.
Awareness of competition service evolution to analyze their actions and update roadmap accordingly
Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions, competitive moves and information and take necessary tactical moves.
Maintenance & Updates
Attend to daily operations of managing own product and solving issues related in a timely manner.
Update, report and keep binder of products performance.
Provide Weekly and Monthly Full End to End Review For all KPI's and way forward.
Provide insights on areas of development in the products portfolio.
Align top management on the progress of ongoing plans, elaborates on business impact and highlights possible risks of competitions market move.
Create quarterly pieces of understanding designed to assist top management in understanding all business aspects.

The position requires a professional with customer focus, strong marketing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong planning, and communication skills.
S/He is a researcher, adventurous, self-driven performer that works effectively in a dynamic environment..
Education
Bachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business, Marketing, Economics
Experience
1-2 years professional experience in marketing
1-2 years experience in the telecommunication sector.
Skills and abilities
Arabic & English fluency is a must
Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals
Digital marketing background.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong negotiations & Problem solving skills
